Vision:

The increasing number of orphans, needy and the disadvantaged children had become a matter of great concern to James and Agartha, and often seen these voiceless children who migrate from different parts of the country due to poverty, war and lack of parental care could not afford access to quality education and also how single parents/guardians consequently could not find work while caring for their children.

Long before they had dreams of opening a pre-school, James and Agartha Dugger developed amazing love and compassion for voiceless orphans and disadvantaged children who lack access to quality education and fundamental needs and rights of life and a brighter future.

James and Agartha were troubled much with their conscience and also felt plight and could imagine their place of rest and health hazard posed. And it continued trouble their conscience often as they sees needy children on the street undertaken a number of jobs such as selling sachet water, polythene bags, dog chains, shoe shining and begging of alms just to sustain themselves. Most disturbing to James and Agartha is that most of these disadvantaged children end up indulging in all forms of social vices such as stealing, armed-robbery, prostitution and drug abuse.

Thus the pioneers of Dreamland School wonders whether there are no wealthy institutions, families, philanthropists and other charitable organization etc. to help these children off the street.

James and Agartha felt deeply touched and didn't want to wait for a disaster to occur before showing their concern and support for those in need.

They observed that such a burden absolutely requires sustained action at all level from Religious School and Institutions, NGOs, Companies, Philanthropists, Charitable Organisations and world bodies to pool resources, and with the assistance of government, to provide basic education, training, food and shelter for these unfortunate ones.

Hence the Dreamland School vision is a growing reality for those who need it most.
